Guest Guidelines

We actually live in this home when we aren’t renting it.

• Compass House is for registered guests only (no parties, etc).

• Please don’t rearrange the furniture and please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

• Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in the outdoor areas such as porch and deck.

• Pets are welcome at our home. We have 2 large dog crates, a large fenced-in yard, and other amenities for your dogs to use.

• No parties exceeding 8 people

• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
