Stay at The Compass House and find your adventure. The Catskills are synonymous with adventure. We are uniquely situated near some of the best hiking, skiing, rock climbing, leisure kayaking and canoeing, fly-fishing, and more.
There is a lot of outdoor adventure right on our property with 25 wooded acres and our own trail system. Go walking, mountain biking, snow shoeing, cross county skiing or just explore our wilderness.
Visit the birthplace of the Hudson River school of painting, experience a sculpture park, go antiquing, visit Hudson or Woodstock and the many independent stores in the region.
The Catskills have undergone a restaurant Renaissance in the past few years. We have some incredible places to dine, imbibe, linger and enjoy. Farm-to-table restaurants, farm stands, breweries, and more.
